Cancellation Policy
Workshop bookings can only be cancelled by giving 72 hours notice to give others an opportunity to boo, as places are limited and
To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance.
A refund for the cancellation of an English Conversation lesson will only be given if the 24 hours notice is given.
In the case of Personalised and Super Personalised lessons, cancellation, where less than 24 hours notice is given, will mean that you lose the lesson and there will be no refund.
Cancellation or the whole Personalised or Super Personalised Package must be done at least 48 hours before the first lesson booked for the package otherwise there will be a £40 cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Cancellation after the course has started will also incur a £40 cancellation fee.
